- How to help heal ruptures.
- Understanding how attachment issues can surface or resurface within the relationship.
- Challenges for partners to come to terms with imminent loss and change.
- How the couple relationship can be derailed by grief and fear.
- How service users can be supported to listen to each other and communicate well.
About the Trainer
Ruth Hazelton, is a senior Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist who works in private practice and with cancer patients in NHS hospital settings. She has developed and run a course for partners of cancer patients, Partners in treatment and facilitates Macmillan Cancer Support courses “Hope” and “Take Control” for cancer patients.
