As Supervisors we have to hold many different strands in a delicate and yet robust dynamic pattern. Weaving together the threads of process, content and reflection. Giving space to all three. At the same time enabling our supervisees to create and develop the supervisory fabric that is meaningful and supportive to them. Each supervisee will want a different mix, a unique design that is special to them.
This training discusses how we, as Supervisors, manage these three main aspects of supervision;
- Process, the tasks and structure;
- Content, what is bought or not bought and
- Reflection, how we develop the reflective process within supervision.
